At Scimitar Clean, we take a tailored and professional approach to every job. We conduct an individual assessment of each carpet to determine the correct method for cleaning, pre-conditioning, and products that should be used. This evaluation takes into account factors such as the fibers of the carpet, its construction, pile type, level of soiling or staining present and any prior attempts at cleaning. To ensure your satisfaction with our work, we can move most furniture within reason including sofas and chairs; however it is advisable to remove delicate items from coffee tables and cabinets before we arrive. Computers and TV/Video/DVD equipment will not be moved unless specifically requested by you, though Scimitar Clean cannot accept any responsibility for damage or disconnection of cables in this case.
